Refund policy
We aim for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please inform us by email (hello@klrdstudios.com).
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Important Information
- All products must be returned in the original condition, with manufacturer's tags including hygiene sticker attached and fully intact, and original packaging for us to accept a return.
- Any products returned without the hygiene sticker or if the hygiene sticker is not fully intact, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Any promotional gift(s) must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
- Returned swimwear items must be free of hair, cosmetic marks (such as makeup or fake tan), stains (including bodily fluids), signs of use or wear, or exposure to elements. If these are noticed during our inspection, the item will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on any items that do not meet our hygiene and quality control standards. Our inspection process and decision are final. No exceptions will be made.
Please note it is your responsibility to return the item to us and we recommend you get insurance or proof of delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost/damaged in the post.
Please use a trusted courier service to return items to us where we are able to safely track the package and ensure hygiene protocols are followed. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items shipped via untrusted delivery platforms.
Please note that any delivery charges for your original order are non-refundable. All sale and promotional items are non refundable.
We currently do not offer in-person pickups or exchanges at our private location.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
