Domestic Shipping
All RSA orders shipped via Standard Delivery should arrive within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends).

Delivery Instructions
It’s up to you to ensure your mailbox or delivery location is secure and appropriately sized for packages.

If your delivery location isn’t secure, and the package has to be left exposed (e.g. on a doorstep), you take full responsibility for its security after delivery.

Order Delays
During peak times like Black Friday, Christmas, or collection drops, processing times may be longer due to high order volume.

Shipping Address
Make sure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order, including street number, street name, apartment/suite number, city, state, and zip code.

If you make a mistake or provide an incomplete address, you’re responsible for any delays, lost packages, or extra shipping costs.
